Christian has a background from executive positions in international companies, such as Lego, Rahbekfisk, and Danpo. He has experience as an interim CEO with turnaround tasks, board work, and from his own startup company.

In recent years, Christian has worked with management consulting and recruitment at various organizational levels. He holds an Executive MBA in Change Management and Human Resource Management, a Board & Leadership diploma, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) in International Marketing.

Christian has a passion for food and wine, and he enjoys sailing, tennis, and squash.
